Call the Office to Book an Appointment

Call the office to speak to a staff member, who will collect some basic information and determine what your main issues are. She will find a time Monday - Friday to schedule you to meet face to face with an attorney. During Covid times, we are only offering Zoom, Facetime, or Phone Call Meetings.

Before You Meet With The Attorney

You will receive a packet in the mail, asking for pertinent information. Filling out this form ahead of time and bringing in supporting documentation can help your initial meeting go smoothly, allowing the Attorney to provide tailored advice to your specific situation and to save you time and money.

Meeting with the Attorney

Our initial meetings start at $250 and the costs are applied towards documents you may require. You will be scheduled for a one hour initial meeting with an Attorney. The Attorney will address all your most important questions, and may bring up issues you were not aware of. At the end of the meeting you will leave with a written list of steps moving forward. These steps may involve documents, court appearances, follow-up meetings, or just homework for you to do. No matter what you will leave with a clear idea of what will happen next.
